Unifier Notification "An unexpected error has occurred" When Trying To Custom Print (Doc ID 2980236.1)

Symptoms

A Unifier Notification message is displayed when trying to custom print.

ERROR

Error Code XXXX - XXXXXXXX
An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.
Contact your system administrator referencing this error code XXXX - XXXXXXXX

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the user environment.
  2. Log in as the user.
  3. Navigate to the Project.
  4. Go to the Record.
  5. Select Custom Print from the icon.
  6. Notice the Unifier Notification Message will display.
