Web report Themes Not Working After Web reports Version v2023.1.1.1 (Doc ID 2980246.1)

Goal

 In Web reports Dashboard the theme colors are not as per the selection of theme. Instead, it displays in single color and this issue popped up after the Web reports v2023.1.1.1 Update. Why does this happen ?

Steps
=====
1.Create a Dashboard Report.
2.Click on tile Created and navigate to style.
3.Now select the themes available and save.
4.Observe that the theme only shows one color.
