Symptoms
ReSA - Transaction Maintenance
Prod Performance issue while adding non-merch item to the transaction
Facing a performance issue working with ReSA UI.
When user tries to add a non-merch item to the transaction,
After selecting item_type, it keeps loading for about 3 and half minutes.

Please note that editing such transaction is taking up lot of business users' time
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Edit transaction
2. Add item
3. Select item_type as 'Non Merchandise Item'
4. Screen keeps loading for long time
