Goal

Goal: Use a single script that will work in all Environments, using an identifier to determine the Environment.

The cloud_identity field FROM v$pdbs is unique in each Environment. Does the database_name in this field ever change? Can it be used to reliably identify the Environment?

If not, what would the best way be to identify the Environment via a script?
