Creating a report with extended columns in Cost Center dimension throws error:

Steps followed:

Extended PVO:FscmTopModelAM.AccountBIAM.FLEX_VS_FA_COST_CTR_VI with a few additional columns.
Primary key is defined as per the documentation ie. Value and Value Set Code.
The data augmentation completed and able to see the columns in "Procurement - Requisitions"."Cost Center" and "Procurement - Purchase Orders"."Cost Center" subject areas.
When creating a report based on any of those columns then it throws the above error.
