ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

From one active contract, Fulfillment lines were generated and actioned  to ‘Create Purchase Order.’ Both lines are stuck in the “PO Creation in progress” status.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that a Purchase order (PO) to be created after the Ess jobs were run

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Craete the fulfillment line

2. Create the Purchase order (PO)

3. It is stuck in status “PO Creation in progress”
