Goal

Sending new fields in the PRODUCT file and also new files - PROD_LOC_REPL, PROD_ATTR and ATTR. The PRODUCT file loaded fine, however having issues with the other three files. 

STAGING_SI_W_RTL_PRODATTR_ITEM_GRP1_DS_JOB fails with the error:
