Derived Standard Working Hours is incorrect for the Employment Info UI for employees of a specific LE.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Derived Standard Working Hours should match the configuration of the LE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Legal Employer Standard Working Hours are set for 36
2. Employment Info UI has the Derived Standard Working Hours set to 40
