On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Lead Management
In Next-Gen Digital Sales, when clicking on the telephone number from a Sales Lead record, there is no option to add notes.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Create a simplified lead that has no Contact DCL populated. Manually populate the phone number field
2. Inquire on this lead in the fold-out view.
3. Click the phone number hyperlink in the header form of the fold-out view Problem: The Call action is displayed.
Contrast this with a traditional lead:
If in step 1 above, you select a contact via the DCL picker (and that contact has a phone number), then in step 3, the "Log a Call" action is displayed.
In both situations, NO telephony/CTI has been configured.
