ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Jefferson city is not available under city taxes component in the regional tax withholding card
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The city should be available for selection
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups - Payroll - Calculation Cards;
2. Search after employee - Tax withholding card - Regional;
3. City is not available.
