Workflow Pane Not Available For Master Segmentable Activity ID (Doc ID 2980744.1)

Goal

Workflow pane is no longer available on the non-scheduled master aid if a segmentable activity is started. We want the workflow pane of an activity to be available on every segment of a segmentable activity, as well as in the master aid, irrespective of its status or schedule.
