Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM), trying to run the Diagnostics Job reports following error:
OCI Service jar(s) not available on agent : [opsi-emcc-collections-1.1.6.jar, opsi-common-1.1.6.jar]

This issue is present from RU17 & above.
