Symptoms

When attempting to run a request using OPC PDS, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Oracle 404 Page Not Found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Obtain a authentication token using https://<DATACENTER>.oraclecloud.com/primediscovery/apitoken/request?scope=http://<DATACENTER>.oraclecloud.com/api
2. Create a request with the authentication token included in the header
