AIF DATA - Data Clean up utility - Truncate Schema is not working correctly.

RI_SUPPORT_UTIL.CLEAR_SELECTED_RI_TABLES to truncate schema does not purge all data.

We are noticing W_RTL_PRICE_IT_LC_HIST_G is one of such tables causing HIST_LOAD_PRICE_JOB to abort.
