Drag And Drop Functionality On The Enhanced Workbenches Is Not Working When Selecting from Combined Detailed Table (Doc ID 2981162.1)

Symptoms

An Enhanced Workbench is created that has a Combined/Detail table (i.e. child data that is marked as a "Detailed" and "Combined" table). When a row is selected from the Detailed/Combined table (e.g. Order Release) and dragged to another table  (e.g. Shipment), nothing happens. The order is not assigned to the shipment, as expected.
