Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Performance

 When user with Sales Administrator job role trying to open My Dashboard - it throws below error

ERROR

"A problem occurred fetching a requested resource. See logs for more details"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
User tries to open 'My dashboard'
Error displays

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, this user cannot view the dashboard.
