Fusion Global HR: Transaction Expires Instead of Being Escalated (Doc ID 2981299.1)

Symptoms

 Actual behavior:

Escalation has been set up so that if approver does not approve the transaction in 1 day, it should be escalated to the manager. However, instead of being escalated, the transaction expires.

Expected behavior:

Transaction to be escalated

Steps:

  1. Set up the escalation for a certain flow
  2. Submit a transaction for that flow
  3. Approver does not touch the transaction. Instead of being escalated, the transaction expires.
