Symptoms
Lease accounting is not accepting supplier site if it has more than 15 characters and shows the error.
Values xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for field VendorSiteCode exceeds the maximum length allowed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Naigat to Lease Accounting->Lease
2. Create a Lease
3. Click Create Payment
4. Select Supplier
