Symptoms
Previously, when a RETURN transaction was processed we would view in RMICS a negative Net Sales Amt and a positive Return Amt for the transaction.
Since upgrading to Next Gen Architecture (v23), the RETURN transactions are showing a positive Net Sales Amt and a negative Return Amt for the transaction.
This is causing incorrect values to be displayed and used in aggregations.
