On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Help Desk

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Running auto-close process moving the SR in waiting status to Resolved however the updated status is not reflecting on the Agent landing page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Updated status should be shown on Agent Landing Page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

>Open SR
>Put it in Waiting Status
>Update the profile value SVC_HRHD_IN_WAITING_DAYS
>Run the Auto-Close HR Help Desk Service Requests
>SR in waiting status are marked as resolved however the changed status is not reflecting on the agent landing page
>Navigate Help Desk > Help Desk Requests
