Goal
On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Performance Management
When Human Resource Specialist tries to perform various actions on performance documents with goal synchronization feature enabled, multiple issues occurs:
List of Issues:
1. Unable to delete the document due to incident triggered.
2. "Result set already closed" error seen on Manager evaluation page when performing various actions, eg. "Edit Submitted Manager Evaluation"
3. Duplicate goal plans in evaluation section caused by running the ESS "Synchronize Goal Data in Performance Documents".
4. Errors triggered when user tries to move the tasks
5. Rejecting a transaction won't move the task back to previous one and approval transaction fails with following message in the log: msg=JBO-25060: Unexpected error encountered while trying to retrieve the next row from JDBC ResultSet for collection EvalSectionVO
