Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Publishing files to the Document Manager is taking too much time and the background processes are stuck for hours.
Users upload files in Unifier and lately the Publishing of files to the Document Manager are very slow, sometimes it get stuck for more than one hour. Because of this other processes in Unifier are badly impacted and performance degradation is observed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier and navigation to a workspace where a Business Process can be created.
  2. Create a record and upload files in the Attachments tab.
  3. Publish the files to the Document Manager.
