ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Prod SIOCS-Direct DB Integration is NOT working
A record is made into the ICL* table i.e., ICL_RMS_ORDER.
From here, the data is not getting processed by the SIOCS DCS/MPS.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data should be collected and updated to SIOCS
