Symptoms

Importing the Projects from Source PPM to Target EPBCS Application through Data Management returns with an error.

Unable to obtain dimension information and/or perform a data load: com.hyperion.planning.HspRuntimeException: Unable to load the following resource: An error occured attempting to load Essbase with EssImport: "With Data Value [%s], Too Many Values In Row, [%s] Records Completed", for application "ABCPLN", cube "OEP_PFP", data file "/u02/user_projects/instance0/tmp/XXXXX_-1XRP44TNIVOZG/hsp_hal_load0.txt".
