ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accessibility Issue: Smart Form

With Accessibility Settings screen reader mode turned off, when navigating with only a keyboard
and no screen reader, the focus disappears after the Attachment Add (+) button, then another
tab takes focus to the Invoice Number field (added field). Presumably there is a hidden element receiving
focus between these two elements.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Focus not to jump to Invoice. Be able to navigate through the elements prior
to Invoice Number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Invoice fields to Smart Form UI/Additional information
2. With Accessibility Settings screen reader mode turned off, when navigating
with only a keyboard
and no screen reader, click tab key
Click TAB key – Focus starts hopping button to button or field to field. In
the screen shot if you
keep clicking TAB key focus hops from
Add to Shopping List
Add to Cart
Done
Cart Icon
Request Type
Fax
Email
Supplier Item
View (under Attachment)
+ icon
X icon
At this point when you click tab focus disappears and now if you click again
it jumps to invoice
number.
