No BP Records are Imported When Importing via CSV or MS Excel File and No Error File or Error Email is Generated (Doc ID 2981798.1)

When importing Business Process (BP) records using a CSV/Microsoft (MS) Excel template file, no new BP records are created. There is no error file or error email generated.


BP records are created, or an error file or error email is generated, when importing BP records using an CSV/MS Excel file template.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to affected Shell > BP Log
  3. Click on Actions > Select Import from MS Excel Template, or select Import from CSV Template.
  4. Browse to desired Microsoft Excel template file.
  5. Click Upload and notice that no records are created, no error file or error email is generated.
