Slowness Scanning Items During Count And Recount Item Screen In SOCS (Doc ID 2981855.1)

Symptoms

Slowness is seen when scanning items on the Count and Recount Item Screen in SOCS.

When doing a Unit stock count from SIOCS and started scanning the items using handheld, it is noticed that the scanning of items of the count and recount screens is very slow and screen is getting stuck and processing the items very slow.

If an invalid item is scanned which is not in count, the item not found error comes after scanning 5 more items after invalid item.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Product Group for Unit count
2. Schedule Product group.
3. Count the items
4. Scanning is slow.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are struggling to complete stock counts.
