Oracle has been evaluating its strategic direction and has determined that we will no longer be providing Oracle Content & Experience Cloud Services, and are therefore announcing the end of life of our Oracle Content & Experience Cloud Services offerings.

This notice is to inform your company that the below listed Oracle Content & Experience Cloud Services offerings have been assigned “End of Life” status and the last date of service for these Cloud Services will be December 31, 2024 (the “last date of service”).

Please ensure that all appropriate contacts in your company are made aware of this notice. If your current contracted Services Period for any of the Oracle Content & Experience Cloud Services offerings listed below extends beyond the last date of service, we will amend both your Services Period under your order for the Oracle Content & Experience Cloud Services and the related invoicing to end on the last date of service (i.e., December 31, 2024).

Oracle does not have a replacement cloud service for Oracle Content & Experience Cloud to offer you.  While there are other vendors who offer similar services, we are not able to make any recommendations as to a replacement vendor.

Lastly, although it is not a native cloud service, as an alternative Oracle does continue to offer the Oracle WebCenter product family, which can be hosted as a customer managed solution in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure IaaS cloud.
