MultiSelect Menu Display Issue (Doc ID 2982069.1)

Symptoms

The "Multi Select Menu > JET Display Type: Cards" attribute is displayed vertically when the config UI is first opened, but after the page is refreshed it starts displaying horizontally. This only happens when the attribute starts hidden by a hiding rule, when the attribute is unhidden, it is displayed vertically, and after the site is refreshed, it is displayed horizontally.
