ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Wrong Price in SIOCS

The dress price is on clearance with the price 100 AED running promo until October 4th. During the period the item was on the clearance offer a price update was made from upstream system setting the Permanent price to 260 AED. Now when the user attempts to print a label for this item that WAS price is blank and the NOW price shows as 260 AED rather than 100 AED.
From items that are on clearance offers that have not had their permanent price updated the labels are printing correctly with the permanent price as WAS and the clearance price as NOW.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expected behavior is, if the item undergoes a price change during a promotion then the WAS price should reflect this price change but the NOW price should still show the active price, which is also the price you see when performing an item look up.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Set item on clearance promotion until 4th October
2. Confirm WAS/NOW label shows correctly
3. Send permanent price update to the item during this promotion period
4. Print label and see WAS price is blank and NOW price shows as the permanent price and not the ongoing promotion price

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot print an item price label that shows the actual current active price of the item.
