Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Product group webservice doesn't delete product group
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ProdGrpMod with status cancel should delete or cancel the product group
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a product group via web service with status ACTIVE
2. In EICS validate that the product group was correctly created
3. Delete/Cancel the product group via web service
4. In EICS validate that the product group was deleted neither canceled
