Multiple issues found when updating ESD/LSD at orddetail level.

1. When using a custom template that only has ESD/LSD, unit cost (and other attributes like qty_ordered, cancel fields, etc.) for other SKUs are getting overwritten by that of the first SKU.
2. Cancel Id/Date of an already cancelled item is getting reset (regardless if using base or custom template).
3. Expenses getting recalculated when ESD/LSD is updated at orddetail.
