Fusion Global HR: Transaction Approval Is Failing When DFF Attribute Is Used in the Rule Condition (Doc ID 2982452.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

Add DOR approval is configured based on DFF Value but as shown below.  The approval is failing when DFF is used in the approval condition but when DFF is removed from approval condition, the transaction is getting completed successfully as expected.

Validate the BPM rule for DocumentOfRecordRuleSet and ensure it returns a valid approval hierarchy.
