Symptoms

While adding Databases to Operations Insights EM Bridge, Received below error

"Unable to load available databases for this bridge. Contact Oracle Support or try again later." 


In the audit log, Observed below message.  

com.oraclecloud.OperationsInsights.ListImportableEnterpriseManagerEntities type operation fails with "ListImportableEnterpriseManagerEntities failed with response 'InvalidParameter" 

 Also no access problems noticed.
