On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Help Desk

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Formatting for SmartText not working in Next Gen Help Desk.

Formatting for Smart text is not maintained in the Detailed Description field when creating/editing Helpdesk request in Nextgen Helpdesk

Below are examples of what it looks like in Legacy Help Desk and in Next Gen. Issue does not happen in Legacy Helpdesk

Next Gen Help Desk –

The SmartTexts work normally when trying to add them to a Message or Internal Note. To work around this behavior, if additional returns are added to the SmartText in Next Gen , it only adds spaces where the returns are.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
