Not All User Defined Reports Within the Company Workspace Reports Template Are Displayed

Symptoms
When viewing a Unifier environment "Reports" Template, only one (1) User Defined Report (UDR) is listed. However, when creating a new UDR via Templates, there are many UDRs listed and available to use. The UDRs in the Template were imported from another environment via a configuration package. The component list of that package confirms that all of the UDRs were included. There were no errors during the import that were listed in the error reports, or in the Unifier logs. The UDR's are in the database as they can be selected during UDR creation from template, but they aren't displayed in Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Templates > Reports node. These UDRs are correctly displayed in the source environment at this location.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The UDRs should be listed in Company Workspace "Reports" Templates node.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the Unifier environment.
- Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > Templates > Click on "Reports" node > Note that there is only one (1) UDR displayed.
- Change to User Mode > Reports > User-Defined > Click Create, "From Templates" > The "Select Report Template" window opens and displays all of the expected UDRs which numbers in the dozens.
