Error "Unable to parse date from string" is Occurrung in Primavera Gateway When Executing a Script (Doc ID 2982661.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run a synchronization that contains a Custom Step in Primavera Gateway, the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to parse date from string
    at com.oracle.pgbu.gsl.GSLUtils.parseISODate(GSLUtils.java:50)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run a synchronization that contains a Custom Step.
