Alert! The system could not process your request... When Updating Shell Details (Doc ID 2982682.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to update the hierarchy path for a specific Project/Shell, the following Alert was being displayed in Unifier:

"Alert  The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell that needs to be updated > Click on the shell home node at top left.
  3. Select the three dots at the top right to open up "Details".
  4. In the "General" tab, edit the shell hierarchy path > Select > Click Save.
  5. The Alert noted above will be displayed.
