Symptoms
When attempting to create an element,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
PAY-1636203 No dimension usage exists for the dimension Core Terms Period to Date in the defined balance TEST Element. You must create the dimension usage record before you create a defined balance.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups - Payroll - Elements.
2. Create element - error occurs.
