Goal

Unable to create the RMS GL Mapping at class level.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Mapping is already present for dept = 9300 and all classes(-1)
2. Delete the existing mapping
3. Upload the same mapping with class as 9360
4. Note it is not giving any error while uploading, but the class in fif_gl_cross_ref is -1.
