Error 'java.lang.NullPointerException' While Upload GL Cross Reference Foundation Data For Incorrect Combination (Doc ID 2982853.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload GL Cross Reference with invalid combination the following error occurs:

"java.lang.NullPointerException"

Steps To Recreate:
1 - Foundation Data
2 - Upload Foundation Data with invalid combination > Template Type > Finance Administration >Template > GL Cross Reference > Process Description > GL Cross Reference > Source File > GL Cross Reference - test
3. Click Upload.
4. Go to Notifications > Data Loading Status
5. Note Status Process: Processed with errors.
