When creating a contract and attempting to save it, users receive an error.


ERROR
-----------------------

No Document Sequence Assignment exists. (FND-6793)
A Document Sequence Assignment does not exist for Category Code ORA_OKC_RENEWAL_NUMBER_CAT, Application 510, Method Code A, Determinant Type BU, Determinant Value 300000003690051, and Transaction Date 2023-10-17.
Cause An attempt was made to find a sequence for these parameters: category code ORA_OKC_RENEWAL_NUMBER_CAT, application 510, method code A, determinant value 300000003690051, and transaction date: 2023-10-17.
Action None is necessary unless you expected a sequence was defined for these set of parameters


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract
2. Click Save
3. Observe error stating "No Document Sequence Assignment exists".
