Symptoms
REIM users are not able to resolve discrepancies. Fails with below error.
sql_lib.create_msg message:@0DIRTY_RECORDS@1SHIPSKU@2REIM_ONLINE_MATCH_SQL.DIRTY_LOCK_CHECKS
Steps to Reproduce :
-----------------------
1. Create a PO with few items.
2. Ship and receive the PO. Receive one of the item partially.
3. Cancel the remaining units on the item that was received partially.
4. Create invoice with both cost and quantity discrepancy.
5. Defer resolving cost discrepancy and resolve quantity discrepancy.
6. Now resolve cost discrepancy. Note it fails with above error.
