Symptoms
When attempting to add element entry validation for element,
the following error occurs.

"The parameter name passed to the API was incorrect or missing"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add element entry validation.
2. Click on Submit button.
3. Error is received upon submission.
