When attempting to run FPS the following warning and error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run FPS.
2. Checked the the Errors and Warnings report and noticed an unwanted error "PL/SQL: numeric or value error:" for excluded employees from FPS output that should not be present.
