Symptoms
When attempting to run the payslip process using a Dynamic Payroll Relationship Group,
the following error occurs.

No Data to process
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payslip with a static object group - payslip is processed.
2. Run Payslip with a dynamic object group - payslip process is ending in error.
