Why Is OIC3 "Projects" Not Displaying All Integrations? (Doc ID 2983131.1)

Goal

When User is using "Projects" in OIC3 with a non-English browser language, and clicking on "Show all integrations/connections/lookups/libraries", it results in a blank page and the resources fail to load.
