Routing Assigned Job To Technician With Longer Travel Time (Doc ID 2983132.1)

Symptoms

Routing assigned a job to technician with longer travel time, under the following scenario:

- Activity 1 was assigned to Technician A as his first activity with the Default travel time.

- Activity 2, at the same address and service window was assigned to Technician B as his first activity with the Default travel time.

However when checking the distance between the technicians start locations to the activity's address, the technician B would have to travel much longer than Technician A. OFS assigned the activity to a resource who had to travel longer to the activity instead of one who got assigned another activity close to him at the same address.
