Symptoms
When trying to create a Data Service with Private Endpoint, the following error is thrown:
Couldn't create the service
Unable to make a valid DB connection. Please confirm the value of the fields: Host Name, Port. Details: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection (CONNECTION_ID=+XXXXXXXX==)
There's something wrong with one or more entered values. You need to correct them and then try again.
