Goal

Sales job failed with a normal message:
ORA-20003: Reject limit reached, query table "RADM01"."COPY$1263_LOG" for error details

However, creating a table to view the bad records is failing:
create table BATCH_LOG1263 as select * from table (ri_support_util.get_file_load_result('LOG', '1263'));

Error message:
UNEXPECTED ERROR ORA-06564: object DATA_PUMP_DIR does not exist
